Volunteer Opportunities
Pantry of Adair County
Pantry for Adair County (PAC) provides free foood to those who are experiencing food insecurity. Missouri SHIP
Several volunteers who have helped with this program in the past, have retired from volunteering, or have cut back on their volunteering, leaving a real need for additional volunteers. If you like using the computer, helping seniors, and learning , we have a perfect opportunity for you. Volunteers are needed to receive extensive training about Medicare, which will prepare you to assist with Medicare counseling. Heartland RSVP is proud to support our partnership with Missouri SHIP, Missouri’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) program. Medicare Counseling helps individuals and families understand how to navigate the Medicare system and secure supplemental insurance to meet their changing healthcare needs.
